Dr. Deborah Gray President
Dr. Deborah Gray, is and has been a principal, the President and underwriter for the Manager since its inception. Her responsibilities include secondary marketing, warehouse banking, servicing, quality control, compliance, and the annual HUD audit, prepared in conjunction with an outside accounting firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Dr.Gray also attended the graduate school of education at California State University, Dominguez Hills where she studied multicultural education later completed her PhD at Capella University. She began a career as an elementary teacher for LAUSD. After working with LAUSD, Dr. Gray began working in all aspects of the mortgage business. She began as a loan processor, underwriter and later became the escrow officer for American Mutual Financial, Inc. (AMFI), a mortgage brokerage. Dr. Gray was the Vice President of American Mutual Financial, Inc. (AMFI).
Kenneth Autrey, Fund Manager
Mr. Kenneth Autrey has been a principal, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Underwriter and Fund Manager of KEADA Capital Investment Fund I, LLC since its inception in 2007. As fund manager, his duties include marketing, investor relationships, government compliance and portfolio management. He is also the foundering President and CEO of American Mutual Financial Inc (AMFI), a Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage that has maintained a sterling reputation in spite of recent industry turbulence. |

Mr. Autrey has accomplished degrees in Liberal Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies and Organizational Management prior to his acceptance into the PhD program at Capella University in 2004. Mr. Autrey has thrived to stay on the cutting edge as a California licensed Real Estate Agent. He was certified in Underwriting in 2005, Loan Processing in 2005, and Real Estate Property Management in 2006 and has complied with all requirements for the California Real Estate Broker’s license. Previous career accomplishments include 12 years in social program management crowned by his position as Executive Director and founder of ACI, a non-profit organization officially recognized by the City of Los Angeles for its achievements with urban youth in 2001. In concurrence with career accomplishments, Mr. Autrey has maintained the status of District Elder and foundering Pastor of Jesus Christ International Christian Center, ordained by the Pentecostal Assembly of the World since 1999.
Mark Brandenburger, Chief Fiancial Officer
Mark has over 25 years experience in the Finance, Mortgage and Real Estate industry. As a seasoned broker he has managed of 300 agents and currently brokers several offices in the Southern California Region. Mark brings as fresh perspective and invaluable management skills, which strengthens our fund. Additional experience includes the Merryl Lynch Corporation, Lee and Associates , The National Teachers Association of California and American Mutual Financial Inc. Mark’s educational background include, Sonoma State University, Lumbleau Real Estate School and Anthony’s School of Real Estate. License include: Broker, California Department of Real Estate; Class A Contractor, State of California, Life and DisabilityAgentofState California
Kris Trites, Director of Marketing
As marketing director Kris brings 10 yearsof experience in real estate, marketing, and sales to KEADA Capital. Kris was a successful Real Estate Broker, who bought and sold residential and commercial property in Columbia County, New York for six years. Afer moving to California she became the Director of the WeeklyClubs, real estate investment clubs that met weeky all over Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties. As director she facilitated weekly club meetings and large monthly events, found, build solid relationships and booked talented speakers to educate investors; maintained web-sites and furthered online marketing efforts through expanding their web presence.
